Board of Directors & CouncilsBoard of DirectorsMember companies are encouraged to participate in the Association governance. By design, our Board is comprised of (4) manufacturers, (4) distributors, and (1) manufacturer representatives. Each is elected to (2) year term with a second (2) year term option. CouncilsECIA has three councils reporting directly to the Board of Directors. The Distributor, Manufacturer and Manufacturers Reps Councils are made up of 13-15 members and have oversight responsibility for their specific priorities and agenda items. The council meetings are a forum for the groups to discuss their individual constituent needs and issues. All members are invited guests to the appropriate council meetings. |
